Everything parents want to know before enrolling their toddler.
Children must be at least 24 months old to join our two-year-old classroom. We accept children through 36 months, at which point they transition to our three-year-old preschool program.
Separation anxiety is completely normal at this age. Our teachers use consistent goodbye routines, transition objects, and immediate redirection into engaging activities.
Most daycares offer loosely themed activities. Frog Street Toddler is a complete scope-and-sequence curriculum — each week builds on the last, across language, math, science, social studies, and the arts. It’s intentional education, not babysitting.
We use the ProCare app to send daily updates, photos, and activity reports directly to your phone. We also provide regular developmental milestone reports and our teachers are available for in-person conversations at pickup so you’re never in the dark about how your toddler is growing.
No, potty training is not required for the two-year-old classroom. We actively support potty training readiness as part of our program, in partnership with families. Consistency between home and school is key, and we communicate daily about progress.
A typical day includes circle time, Frog Street curriculum activities, outdoor play, art and creative expression, music and movement, snack and lunch, nap/rest time, and free exploration. Structure and predictability give toddlers the security to thrive and take risks in learning.
