Our team picks up your child directly from their school, handles the transition, and brings them safely to Above & Beyond — all as part of your regular tuition. You never have to leave work early, coordinate carpools, or stress about the 3 PM handoff again.

The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County’s School Readiness program can cover up to 85% of your child’s aftercare cost for qualifying families. Call the ELC CCR&R at (561) 514-3300 to start your application.
We have waived our registration fee for aftercare enrollment. Walk in and there is nothing extra to pay to get your child enrolled and on the pickup route starting right away.
Have more than one child enrolled across any of our programs? Ask about sibling savings when you call or visit. We believe families should not have to choose between quality and affordability.

Yes – pickup from all 6 schools on our route is completely included in your aftercare tuition. There is no transportation fee, no fuel surcharge, and no extra forms to sign. Pickup is simply part of what we do. If your child’s school is on our route, we pick them up every school day without exception.
We currently pick up from six local schools: Cypress Trails Elementary, H.L. Johnson Elementary, Royal Palm Elementary, Wellington Elementary, New Horizon Elementary, and Wellington Collegiate Academy. Everglades Elementary – contact us to confirm current availability. If your child attends a school not on this list, call us at (561) 793-6533 and we will let you know if we can add it to the route.
Our aftercare program runs until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, on all school days. We ask that parents plan to arrive by 6:00 PM. If something unexpected comes up, please call us as soon as possible at (561) 793-6533 so we can let your child know and ensure they are supervised comfortably until you arrive.
We set aside dedicated homework time every day from 3:30–4:00 PM. Staff are present to provide guidance and answer questions, and we encourage every child to use this time to complete their assignments. While we cannot force children to work, our structured, focused environment means the vast majority of children finish their homework before they leave — so evenings at home are free.
Yes. Our aftercare program is open to school-age children ages 5–11 regardless of whether they attended preschool at Above & Beyond. If your child attends one of the six schools on our pickup route — or walks to our location — they are welcome to join the program. Call us to check availability and confirm enrollment.
The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County’s School Readiness program can cover up to 85% of aftercare costs for eligible families. Eligibility is based on income and work/school status. To apply, contact the ELC CCR&R team at (561) 514-3300. Above & Beyond is an approved School Readiness provider, so once your assistance is approved, you simply submit the paperwork to us and we handle the rest.
We use the ProCare app to send daily activity updates, notes, and photos directly to your phone. You will know what your child ate for snack, how homework time went, and what activities they participated in – all before you even pull into the parking lot. Our staff are also available for brief conversations at pickup every day.
The enrichment block rotates through arts and crafts projects, group games, STEAM-inspired activities, outdoor play (weather permitting), team-based creative challenges, and unstructured social play. The goal is for children to genuinely enjoy their time — not sit in front of a screen — while building collaboration, creativity, and communication skills in a structured but relaxed environment.
