How Florida ELC Works
Florida’s Early Learning Coalition (Florida ELC) provides financial assistance to qualifying families so their children can access quality early education programs like ours. Eligible families may have up to 85% of tuition covered.

Review the basic eligibility requirements, including income, work status, and family size. Then contact the Palm Beach County ELC or complete the online application to check your eligibility before applying.

Visit the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County to begin your application. Create an account, complete the online application, and gather the required documents, including proof of income, a valid ID, and your child’s birth certificate, before submitting.
